Obituary of Antoinette R. Gallino

Antoinette (Grosso) Gallino 102 of Vineland passed away peacefully at home on April 11, 2014 under the care of Hospice. She was born and raised in Vineland, New Jersey and was a lifelong resident. She attended Vineland Schools and, at an early age, began her career as a collar maker working at DeRossi Clothing and, in later years at A & S Clothing and South Jersey Clothing factories in Minotla, New Jersey. Antoinette's family was the center of her life. She loved to cook, take care of her home and husband, Steve, who she married in 1940. She was a member of Our Lady of Pompeii Church, Padre Pio Parish and the International Garment Workers Union. Predeceased by her husband Steve, her parents Peter and Catherine (Robilotto) Grosso, her brothers, Joseph, Horace and Daniel and her sisters, Elizabeth (Anthony) Damico and Nancy (Albert) Catroppa. She is survived by her son John and daughter-in-law Nancy with home she resided and who lovingly cared for her in her final years. She is also survived by her daughters, Maria (Leonard) Dolson and Kathryn (James) Jost, her grandchildren Leonard Dolson, Jr. Jost and Christopher Maroney and great grandchildren, Ana & Jena Nicolo, Gallina, Leonard III & Joshua Dolson, Cecelia & James Jost and Nicholas & Andrew Cramer, nieces and nephews.
