Obituary of Jennie Dellagatta

Jennie (Biancorosso) Dellagatta, 95, of Mizpah, went to be reunited with her beloved husband of 67 years, Ben Dellagatta as she entered into heavens gates on February 22, 2015. Born in Mizpah to the late Giuseppe & Gaetana Biancorosso, she attended schools in Mizpah and Mays Landing. She was a consummate wife, homemaker and an excellent cook. Her home was a revolving door of love and hospitality for her family and friends. She was best known for her incredible "Cannoli's" where they were even popular in California when she would visit her daughter. She was most delighted and overwhelmed with joy when she got to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jennie was a member of St Padre Pio Parish and was very active for many years at St. John's Church in Mizpah. She is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie Lachman of San Ramon, CA; grandchildren, Christi Carlino, Erik Giacomelli and Adria Giacomelli Griffin; great-grandchildren, Quincy Griffin, Owen Griffin, Gabriella Giacomelli & Guiliana Giacomelli and many loving nieces & nephews. Jenny was predeceased by her husband, Ben Dellagatta; daughter, Ann Carlino; brothers, Frank & John Biancorosso and her sister, Mary Tarquinio. A Celebration of Jennie's life will continue with a church visitation on Saturday from 9:30am to 11am followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 am from Saint Padre Pio Parish - Church Of St. Mary's, 736 Union Road, Vineland. Interment will follow in St Mary's Cemetery, Vineland.
